What counts as a message on Starter?
On Starter, each message you send in dashboard test chat counts toward your daily limit. Growth adds unlimited messages on the widget and API too.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade when you need more volume or features, or downgrade if your needs change. There are no long-term contracts.
What happens when I hit the daily message limit?
Chat pauses until your limit resets (24 hours after you hit the cap) or you upgrade to Growth.
How does billing work?
Starter is free. Growth is $24/month with automatic renewal. You can upgrade, manage payment methods, and view invoices from your billing settings.
